Applicants transferring from another institution must meet all of the same requirements, plus they must be in good academic standing in their current program.

Graduate applicants at Bellevue must hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a regionally accredited higher learning institution, hold a 2.5 minimum GPA for bachelor's work and a 3.0 minimum for any graduate work, complete an application, and submit an essay and letters of recommendation.
